Press Brake Operator (Mon-Thurs)

Experience Requirements

Previous press brake operation experience preferred
Experience operating Cincinnati or Amada press brake machines preferred
Previous metal fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience reading blueprints and product specifications
Experience using measuring tools and performing basic calculations
Familiarity with fabrication equipment and production environments

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Post-secondary education or technical training in fabrication preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Weekday Press Brake Operator, you’ll help fabricate precision metal parts while maintaining quality and production standards.

  • Operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Produce accurate, high-quality parts according to customer requirements
  • Select operating programs and mount fixtures for production
  • Troubleshoot machine and production issues
  • Assist with process improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Complete routine machine maintenance as needed
  • Meet departmental production goals and KPIs
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Maintain regular attendance and dependability
