Metal Fabrication Jobs

A Career of Unbending Results Awaits

Unbending Results. It’s more than just a tag line. It’s how we work, never bending in our commitment to do what it takes for the customer.

At Wald Wire, we enable manufacturers to do what matters to them, by doing what matters to us—serving as a flexible partner delivering metal fabrication results.

Whether you are a high school graduate searching for a manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication job or you are an experienced CNC operator seeking a new challenge, there’s a place for you. From shop assistants to highly experienced welders, we hire people from all walks of life and in all stages of their careers. But, the thing they all have in common is a commitment to unbending results.

In addition to competitive pay, training and development, we offer …

  • Ample First-Shift Opportunities
  • Flexible Compensation
  • Health Care Insurance
  • Disability Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Retirement/Pension Plan

Here, I’m a person

This is what we often hear from new hires who have come from other places where they felt like a number or just a cog in the machine. Yes, we’re the company that treats you like family, recognizing your birthday and other milestones. But, it’s about more than that. We provide opportunities for learning new metal fabrication job skills that help you grow and do the work that matters to you.

In addition to learning our clients’ needs and bringing them to fruition, I enjoy the hands-on opportunities that custom fabrication provides along with my everyday customer interactions.
