Welder (Mon-Thurs)

Experience Requirements

Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred
MIG welding experience preferred
TIG and aluminum welding experience is a plus
Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols
Experience using measuring tools accurately
Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Technical training or post-secondary education in welding or fabrication preferred
Ability to pass required welding certifications if needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Weekday Welder, you’ll help fabricate and manufacture metal products according to customer and production specifications.

• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as needed
• Fabricate and manufacture metal parts
• Produce clean, strong welds that meet quality standards
• Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
• Inspect welds for strength, tolerance, and accuracy
• Grind, finish, and prepare metal materials
• Troubleshoot welding and production issues
• Assist with process improvements and production efficiency
• Complete routine equipment maintenance as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
