Welder (Mon-Thurs)
Experience Requirements
Previous welding or metal fabrication experience preferred
MIG welding experience preferred
TIG and aluminum welding experience is a plus
Experience reading blueprints and weld symbols
Experience using measuring tools accurately
Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Technical training or post-secondary education in welding or fabrication preferred
Ability to pass required welding certifications if needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Weekday Welder, you’ll help fabricate and manufacture metal products according to customer and production specifications.
- Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as needed
- Fabricate and manufacture metal parts
- Produce clean, strong welds that meet quality standards
- Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
- Inspect welds for strength, tolerance, and accuracy
- Grind, finish, and prepare metal materials
- Troubleshoot welding and production issues
- Assist with process improvements and production efficiency
- Complete routine equipment maintenance as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
